The shore is a reputed mussel basin and also serves as a nursery for the famous bouchot mussels, growing with the rhythm of the tides in a setting of impassive fisheries. To come on a trip, you just need to be able to swim!

a single kayak, a double paddle, a lifevest and a windcheater if required.

You bring

a change of clothes, water-resistant shoes, sun cream, hat, sunglasses and a water bottle.

I take photos of the trip and provide a non-alcoholic aperitif when we get back to the beach.
